Terms of Service
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, legally able to use sports-prediction content where you live, and provide accurate account information. Keep credentials secure and do not create accounts to impersonate others, evade restrictions or manipulate public records.
2. What the beta provides
Lighthouse Picks provides product-testing access to publishing, discovery and publicly tracked sports-prediction records. It is not a bookmaker, casino, betting exchange, financial adviser or guarantor of outcomes. No wager is placed through the service.
3. Predictions and records
Predictions must be submitted before the relevant event deadline. Settled results may be corrected when an official data source changes. Users may not delete losses, backdate picks, falsify evidence, coordinate fake engagement or misrepresent performance.
4. No paid service during beta
Displayed prices, subscription controls, balances and payout screens are previews only unless the page explicitly confirms that commercial service has launched under final terms. No beta participant acquires a right to revenue, payout or continued access from a preview value.
5. Content and conduct
You retain rights in content you submit and grant Lighthouse Picks a limited licence to host, display and process it for the service. Do not publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or confidential material. We may restrict content or accounts to protect users and record integrity.
6. Availability and liability
The beta may change, pause or contain errors. Data feeds can be delayed or corrected. To the extent permitted by law, Lighthouse Picks is not responsible for betting losses, reliance on creator opinions, third-party bookmaker actions or losses caused by unavailable beta features.
7. Ending access and future terms
You may stop using the beta at any time. We may suspend access for security, manipulation or misuse. Before any paid service begins, users will receive the final commercial terms and will be asked to accept them separately.
