Privacy Notice
Data used during beta
We use account and contact details, age and terms confirmations, profile information, submitted content, follows, preferences, device and security logs, and support communications needed to operate and protect the beta.
Purposes
Data is used to create and secure accounts, display public creator records, operate requested features, prevent manipulation, diagnose errors, communicate service information and improve the product. Optional marketing preferences are stored separately and may be withdrawn.
Public information
Creator display names, handles, biographies, picks, timestamps, reasoning and settled performance are intended to be public. Do not publish private or sensitive information in public fields.
Payments and identity
The beta does not collect live card details, bank-account credentials, government identity documents or payout tax records. When these features launch, a regulated provider should collect sensitive verification and payment data, while Lighthouse Picks stores only necessary status and masked references.
Storage, security and retention
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied. Account and security data are retained while needed for beta operation, dispute handling, record integrity and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Public prediction audit records may need longer retention to prevent performance manipulation.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion through the same verified contact channel used for your beta invitation or account support. Some public audit information may be retained where deletion would mislead other users or conflict with a legal obligation.
International access and children
The service is intended only for adults aged 18 or over. Beta access may involve infrastructure providers in more than one country; final transfer information will be published with the commercial controller details.
